Basic Service Charges
Domestic Cleaning Service Charges
Our basic charge for Regular Home Cleaning is £18 per hour, our cleaners come equipped with their own products and vacuum.
For oven cleans there is a small surcharge of £10 just for products , then the cost will be part of the cleaning hours required.
Deep Cleans will be charged at £20 per hour , this is for non-regular, usually one-off cleans which involve more products due to the deep clean nature.
Commercial and Small Office Cleaning Service
Our basic charge for our Office Cleaning Service is £18 per hour, our cleaners come equipped with their own products and vacuum. Communal Area cleaning such as Apartment Buildings etc are charged at £20 per hour.
End of Tenancy Cleans (properties)
Our basic charge for this cleaning service is £20 per hour, our cleaners come equipped with their own products and vacuum.
For cleans that require oven cleans or freezer defrosting there may be a surcharge of £10 which is due to the extra products required; we would normally provide an estimate prior to the work commencing.
SPECIAL RATES ARE AVAILABLE FOR COMPANIES/CLIENTS WHO RUN FROM CHARITABLE DONATIONS AND SOURCES

All our cleaners bring their own cleaning products and vacuum so their is no need to worry about paying anything extra to keep your home or property clean!
We are not specialised in Industry level Cleaning and as such are unable to provide services that require specialist cleaning equipment
We are happy to provide oven cleaning and freezer defrosting however please pre-arrange this so we can allocate time and provide you with a time quotation depending on your needs
We are not specialised in carpet cleaning solutions and therefore are happy to recommend local companies that do provide these services
